Yoga
I offer Vinyasa yoga classes to individuals and groups, which create mindfulness by connecting breath to movement. The meaning of the word "yoga" is union. Through asanas or postures, we bridge breath and movement. The benefits of a yoga practice are numerous. The benefits I experience and hear from my students include reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, enhanced energy, inner peace, enhanced compassion, and intuition by tuning inwards.
